Due to rising operational costs and the lack of funding support for Nurse Practitioner (NP) services through the Ministry, we have no choice but to make the following the following changes:
Appointment Fee: A $20 fee applies to all scheduled visits
Cancellation Policy: A $20 fee will apply to appointments missed without 24 hours' notice.
Booking: Appointments are now required. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Payment: A credit card is required at the time of booking.
How to Book:
We understand that these adjustments may be challenging, and we remain committed to delivering accessible, patient-centered care. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
