Due to rising operational costs and the lack of funding support for Nurse Practitioner (NP) services through the Ministry, we have no choice but to make the following changes:

Appointment Fee: A $30 fee applies to all scheduled visits.
Cancellation Policy: A $30 fee applies to appointments missed without 24 hours' notice.
Booking: Appointments are now required. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Payment: A credit card is required at the time of booking.
